Middels deze film wil Bibliotheek Rotterdam aan de International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) laten zien hoe dynamisch de Nederlandse bibliotheekbranche is. Het doel: het World Library and Information Congress van 2021 naar Rotterdam te halen.
