Een reis langs de parels van het Nederlandse Bibliotheeklandschap. Middels deze film wil Bibliotheek Rotterdam aan de International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) laten zien hoe dynamisch de Nederlandse bibliotheekbranche is. Het doel: het World Library and Information Congress van 2021 naar Rotterdam te halen.
